We are currently working with two schools in rural Punjab. Every quarter, we conduct a workshop for teachers at school. Workshop’s agenda is mapped to bi-weekly observations and debriefs over the quarter and the gaps identified during observations in consultation with principal and academic coordinators of the school. In the beginning of the academic session, we conduct a need analysis on multiple aspects of school from classroom management, pedagogical practices, assessments designing and evaluation, parent engagement, teacher professional development, facilities offered to students and children actions inside school. Need analysis is usually completed in 3 to 4 school days. We then submit a report to principal and school management. We propose our next steps which is followed by the quarterly workshops and weekly observations and debriefs.See more images here.
